Girls have been periodically obsessed with 'Big Brother' which finally ended yesterday and it occurred to me that you would be excellent contenders for a 'senior' version as you must be experts at living in very cramped quarters. Perhaps you could even develop your own format for a reality TV survival/living endurance show using 'Pink Lady' as the venue in an isolated situation - moored in the middle of a Scottish Loch? Very glad to see that you are doing so well despite set-backs with the weather at the start!

Thinking about it, relative to what you must be used to now, the difference between GRC and any of the Tideway clubs must be lost in the noise so we might even see a little more of you when you return?!? Having said that, I guess that you will be pretty sick of rowing by the time you get back but remember not to slack-off too much towards the end because I don't want you loosing your fitness before the Boston Marathon!!
